We need two hundred grams of cottage cheese: two eggs, two glasses of flour, two tablespoons of sour cream and vegetable oil, a bag of baking powder, half a teaspoon of salt, and sugar will need to be added, depending on the purpose of the test. To prepare unsweetened baking , one tablespoon will be enough, and if we are preparing a curd dough for biscuits or sweet bagels, then we need to take more sugar.

The dough is prepared from cottage cheese cake. Add to the curd baking powder, sour cream, eggs, salt, sugar and stir everything. Then we start to gradually introduce flour, and at the end we pour in vegetable oil. Well knead the dough with his hands on the table and let him stand half an hour before we start cutting the items.

Using this recipe recipe (with a little sugar), you can bake a pizza or an open pie with cabbage and meat. You can make from this test and the well-known cookies "ears". To make this cookie, roll the dough into a flat cake, cut out the circles with a glass. You need to take a two-hundred pack of cottage cheese and butter, a couple of eggs, a pinch of salt, about two and a half glasses of flour. We rub cottage cheese, cold butter quickly rub on a grater in cottage cheese. There, add eggs, salt and mix. Gradually add flour, mixing a soft, but non-tacky dough. We put it for twenty minutes in the refrigerator, then proceed to cutting.

Such a dough can be used not only for making a cake, but, like the usual puff pastry, for a variety of sweet and unsweetened pastries.

Well, if you prefer biscuit cakes, then you will need the following recipe curd. A pack of cottage cheese will need one hundred and fifty grams of butter, two eggs, a glass of sugar, a little salt, a teaspoon of soda, which should be extinguished in vinegar, and two glasses of flour.

Cottage cheese is rubbed with the addition of butter and sugar, there we send the soda and whipped eggs. Pour in flour, stir. Lush light dough spread in a greased form, level with the top and bake in an oven with moderate heating. We check the readiness, as with baking ordinary biscuit, with a wooden toothpick.

Cooled cake is taken out of the mold, cut with a thread on a few layers and grease them with cream. Delicious cake from the cottage cheese dough is ready.
