Classic Recipe

Ingredients: minced meat from pork and beef - 0,8 kg, fresh cabbage, uniquely white - 0,5 - 0,6 kg, rice - two thirds of glass, sour cream - 0,5 kg, onions and carrots - one piece, Tomato paste - three tablespoons, black ground pepper - 1/2 tsp, salt - one tsp, biscuit standard breadcrumbs.

Now the recipe for lazy cabbage rolls with minced meat. Add the finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and mix into the chopped meat. Three on a fine grater peeled carrots and also interfere with minced meat. Boil the rice in salted water. Cut the cabbage into small pieces and pour boiling water for three minutes. Then drain the water and add the cabbage to the stuffing, also fall asleep rice. Mix everything to a homogeneous mass, salt and pepper. Now we make cutlets, bread them in breadcrumbs, fry them on high heat in a frying pan. We put the stewed cabbage rolls in a deep pan, pre-oiled, pour the sauce (half a glass of water, tomato paste, sour cream and half a teaspoon of salt) and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

The recipe for lazy cabbage rolls in a new way - in the form of a casserole

Ingredients: minced meat from pork and beef - 0,7 kg, cabbage - 0,4 kg, 20-25% sour cream - 0,3 kg, rice - 0,15 kg, onions - 2 pieces, water - one and a half cups and two Tablespoons, tomato paste - one tablespoon, sugar - one tsp, pepper and salt.

Now we are preparing lazy cabbage rolls. First we'll make a sauce: mix sugar and tomato paste with two tablespoons of water. Finely chopped onions are mixed with minced meat, salt, pepper. Also, we cut cabbage as small as possible, if it is a winter variety - for one minute it is poured with boiling water. Pour boiling water for a couple of minutes and rice. Put the cabbage on the bottom of the dish, pour 1/4 sauce, the next layer - rice, again soak sauce, then - minced meat, on which we pour the rest of the sauce. Bake in the oven, which we warm up to 200 degrees, for 40 minutes. Served on the table, sprinkle with herbs.

The above recipe for lazy cabbage rolls with minced meat is very fast, but the process can be further accelerated if cabbage and onions are not cut, but twisted in a meat grinder. Pork-ground beef, if desired, can be replaced with chicken or even vegetable - from potatoes, celery.
