Stew in the multivark. What could be simpler?

Nowadays almost every housewife in the kitchen is helped by small household appliances. Multivarka is one of such devices that will save time and help to prepare tasty and useful goodies quickly and without problems. In this article, we will discuss the preparation of a simple dish, which often appears on our table - a stew. Unfortunately, many do not like stewed vegetables, but in an "electric pan" this dish turns out to be especially juicy and fragrant. Perhaps, if before you did not like ragout, now it will become your favorite treat! So, how to cook a stew in a multivariate?

You will need:

  • Several courgettes;
  • carrot;
  • bulb;
  • Bulgarian pepper;
  • Olive or sunflower oil;
  • Spices and salt.

Note that the vegetable stew can be made from different vegetables. As a rule, enough zucchini, carrots and onions, but you can experiment and add other components. In our recipe, for example, you can see the Bulgarian pepper. If desired, you can add tomatoes, potatoes, pumpkin, eggplant and other gifts of nature. All vegetables should be present in the stew approximately in equal proportions (except for onion and pepper, which are put for taste). Sometimes it is added a little meat or rice.

If you have decided on the ingredients, you can proceed. Vegetables need to be washed and peeled. For a stew in a multivark, it is better to choose young zucchini, which as a result will turn out to be more tender and juicy. If desired, the peel can be left: everything depends on the preferences of the cook and his family.

Prepared vegetables should be cut into small cubes (you can use a submerged blender in which there is such a function) and put in a bowl multivarka. For taste and color, you can add a little ketchup or tomato paste. If there are tomatoes in the stew, you can do without such additives. Salt and pepper the vegetables, add butter. Since in the cooking process vegetables are allowed to juice, another liquid should not be added. You can add some spicy seasoning or spices for stew.

Close the lid and select the "Quenching" mode. As a rule, in this case, a stew in the multivark is prepared for about an hour. If your model does not cope with the specified time, you can extend it. When the dish is ready, it needs to be well mixed. Be careful with stirring: do not forget that the Teflon coating of the inner container is very gentle, it can be damaged by an ordinary metal spatula or spoon.
