Personnel Day

Since 2005 in Russia, on the proposal of the Cadre Congress began to celebrate the Day of the Cadre. However, the official status of this event at the moment has not received, because in different areas of the country it is celebrated at different times. The reason for this may be, for example, the date of establishment of the enterprise or the date of the formation of the personnel service under it.

But it must be said that to date there are two dates that are the most common. They both corresponded to the significant events taking place in the country in different periods, and had a direct bearing on the personnel.

So, on May 24, 1835 (the tsarist period), a decree regulating the relations of workers and employers comes out. It is this decision that becomes the first Russian document providing the rights of a hired worker. Today, May 24 is the Day of the Personnel Personnel in Russia.

At present, there are personnel officers in almost every firm, they are engaged in recruitment and work with them. This profession is important enough, because it depends on its representatives, what kind of staff will work in the company, which, in turn, affects the work of the company as a whole.

The second date (October 12) can also be considered festive, because just then, in 1918 (the period of the USSR), the NKJ signed a document that contained the instruction to create a militia. It was during the Soviet militia that the Bolshevik departments created personnel departments, so the Personnel Day was first celebrated in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and only a little later this tradition was imbued with other enterprises and companies of the country.

This holiday is not considered official, however on this day the officials of the country congratulate all personnel workers. From year to year, this event is becoming increasingly popular, because it is believed that people play an important role in the development of the economy, education and culture, and the staff member forms a staff with high qualifications (for any firm).

The specialists accept the congratulations on the Day of the Personnel Officer on May 24 every year. It should be noted that people with different backgrounds work in this area, the main thing is that they have certain skills and character storage, since this work involves communication with people. So, the employee of the staff should have such qualities as attentiveness, sociability, patience and the ability to understand people. Such an employee should have intuition, logic, and discernment.

Personnel Day is a festive day for all personnel of Russia. The term "personnel officers" arose in the Soviet period. Even in the USSR these workers were responsible for writing service instructions, filling out documentation, monitoring the observance of workers' rights and so on. After the collapse of the Union, this profession became very popular, as the country began to actively grow firms and enterprises that conduct their activities on Western European models, where, in turn, personnel structures play an important role.

In other countries, these employees are referred to in different ways: HR managers, administrators, and state managers. However, no matter how they are called, they all have the same task - keeping records of personnel and records management, that is, recruiting staff, improving the skills of employees and developing the right motivation for responsible work, as well as monitoring the calculation of wages and so on.

Thus, Personnel Day is usually considered a Russian holiday. And although there is no official resolution on this, every year the Russian cadre employees celebrate it on May 24 (it is possible that in some parts of the country it is celebrated on a different day).
