Salad with pineapple and chicken - delicious, simple and beautiful

In order to cook it, we will need: half a kilogram of chicken meat, a can of canned pineapple, one orange or you can take two mandarins, a glass of boiled rice, a can of mayonnaise, two tablespoons of sour cream and any greens to taste.

The recipe for the preparation: we prepare the dressing for the salad. To do this, mix in a cup of mayonnaise, sour cream, juice from pineapple and mix well. To a salad with pineapple and chicken kept its shape, refueling should not be done too liquid.

Chicken and pineapple salad with layers

To make it, you need: a large chicken breast, a can of canned pineapple, two apples (preferably green), an average onion, a can of canned corn, 200 grams of hard cheese.

Preparation: the breast is boiled in salted water until cooked or fried in a pan and cut into small pieces. Apples are peeled, cut out the core and cut into small cubes. Onion shredded semirings. Cheese grate on a grater of medium size.
Now we take a wide salad bowl and lay out the products in layers:
The first layer is the cubes of pineapple.
The second layer is pieces of chicken fillet.
The third layer is apple cubes.
The fourth layer is onion.
The fifth layer is corn without liquid.
And the last layer is grated cheese.
