What is the most important thing at any solemn event? Of course, a festive table. This is the brightest and most memorable thing for everyone, which will always be the object of attention at any party. In this case, it is very important to observe the main rule - the competent design of dishes.

In order for the contents of the plates to look impressive and produce a decent impression, you need to give them a luxurious appearance. And here the value of the ingredients used does not play a big role. After all, guests will not see the price tags of food, when they will eat with appetite prepared meals. More importantly, how exactly will the dish be served to the table. And it does not matter whether it's salad, hotter or dessert. The more original and interesting the composition will be, the more admiring views you will see on yourself as a magnificent hostess. Today you are offered a recipe not only surprisingly delicious and tender salad, but also a real decoration. This dish is called "Garnet Bracelet". Salad is easy to prepare and contains only those products that will not be difficult to get.

It combines the unusual sourness of exotic fruit with spicy notes of cheese and tender flesh of chicken fillet, which also adds satiety to the pomegranate bracelet. Salad has both a basic recipe and several modifications. We will not waste time describing the usual variant, which is contained in the recipes of its supplemented varieties.

Garnet bracelet salad with mushrooms

Even the simplest in its composition, the dish can be pleasantly varied, adding a few mushrooms to it. Fried or pickled, they invariably fall to the taste of most people. This salad has not been without this modification. To prepare it you will need:

- 1 large ripe pomegranate;

- 200 grams of chicken fillet;

- 300 grams of fresh mushrooms (the most optimal option will be champignons);

- 2 slices of fresh garlic;

- mayonnaise to taste;

- 500 grams of beets;

- 10 pieces of walnuts;

- 2 medium bulbs.

Mushrooms must be cut into small cubes and fried together with onions in a frying pan previously lubricated with vegetable oil. For a long time, this should not be done, since overcooked mushrooms can start to be bitter or too hard. Chicken meat and beets must be boiled, and nuts and garlic chop as small as possible. Then the cooled beet must be rubbed on a fine grater. Pomegranate peel and inner films, carefully, so as not to damage and not deprive valuable juice, get the seeds.

In order for the dish to justify its name, it will need to be decorated in the form of a ring (bracelet). This will be easy if you use a conventional faceted glass, which must be placed in the center of the dish, which will be laid out layers of prepared components.

We begin to prepare directly the pomegranate bracelet. The salad is inherently puff pastry. The first layer - boiled chopped chicken fillet. The second is a mixture of fried champignons and onions. The third is shredded walnuts. The fourth is grated beetroot mixed with garlic. Do not forget to cover every layer with mayonnaise. It will fasten all parts of the salad together, and also make it soft and juicy. And the final stage - the whole surface of the dish is decorated with pomegranate seeds. Do not feel sorry for them and put them as tightly as possible so that the mayonnaise does not shine through them. After this, you can carefully remove the glass. The dish is ready after several hours of soaking in the refrigerator.

Garnet bracelet salad with cucumber

This version of the salad is in principle little different from what was described above. But, nevertheless, new ingredients will necessarily bring with them new taste sensations.

- 2 medium potatoes;

- 2 pieces of carrot;

- 150 grams of hot smoked chicken;

- 1 large beet;

- 1 large grenade;

- 3 hard-boiled eggs;

- mayonnaise to taste;

- 2 pieces of walnuts;

- 1 large fresh cucumber.

Carrots, beets and potatoes must be previously boiled and cleaned. Chicken meat, potatoes, carrots and cucumber are cut into small cubes. Nuts are cleaned from the shell and cut with a knife, pomegranates need to be rid of the peel and films, beet is rubbed on the grater. Everything is also stacked around the glass and is smeared with mayonnaise in the following order:

- potatoes;

- beets with nuts;

- a hen;

- carrot;

- cucumbers;

- eggs.
