Avocado: recipe for a delicious salad

Many exotic fruits and vegetables in our region have already become familiar and in some ways ordinary in our menu. Cooks are boldly experimenting with them. However, for some reason the avocado is not very popular. Many do not even know whether this is a vegetable or a fruit, and therefore they are not interested in what dish it suits. However, do not avoid avocados! Recipes for preparing salads with it are varied and can include both very exotic, rare or expensive ingredients, and quite familiar and often consumed foods. And in itself, the fruit is incredibly useful for the figure and positively affects the state of memory.

Grapefruit Salad

So, you decided to buy avocados. The recipe for a simple but unusual and rather exotic salad is as follows: the grapefruit is peeled from the skins and from all whitish membranes. We must try to make the slices large. The avocado is cut along, the bone is removed, and the flesh is cut into plates of half a centimeter thick directly inside the skin. Then the halves are turned out, after which the peel is easily removed. The plates are lightly sprinkled with lemon juice. The white part of the onion feathers is crumbled with rings. Seeds cardamom rubbed (they should get a teaspoon), mixed with ground pepper, four spoons of grape oil, one spoon of honey. Avocados are combined with onion and lettuce "corn", seasoned with a little sauce (the rest is served separately) and poured with pepper and dry cardamom.

Squash, avocado and plum

With what only do not combine the avocado! The recipe for this salad recommends taking a medium-sized zucchini, peeling it and rubbing it - the top, dense layer, without seeds. Very interesting recipe. Salmon, avocado, fresh cucumbers and - as a special highlight - quail eggs, the main ingredients of the dish. The fish is slightly salted, two hundred grams, and cut with neat cubes. The same number of cucumbers is crumbled with small straws. Thin stripes are cut into two fleshy Bulgarian peppers - for beauty, take them in different colors. Half of a small red bulb is crushed. The peeled avocado is chopped in small cubes. Ten eggs are cooked for five minutes, they are rubbed with cold water, cleaned and cut into halves. Salad is flavored with coriander, chopped dill, pepper and salt. Before you fill it with sour cream or natural yogurt, you must sprinkle with lemon juice.

Layered sandwich

Those who have already evaluated these fruits, willingly prepare themselves sandwiches with avocados. Their recipes are diverse and appetizing. One of the most tempting - with a smoked chicken. For him, the breast (200 grams) is cut by pieces, the Peking cabbage (100 grams) is shredded as small as possible. The average fresh cucumber is cut in circles. Avocado will need completely ripe, soft - its flesh should be easily scraped from the skin with a spoon and can be easily rubbed with a regular fork. Puree from it immediately mixes with lemon juice. After all the preparatory work, a sandwich is collected: a piece of bread is put on the chicken, sprinkled with cabbage and decorated with cucumber mugs. From the bow is made a confiture: two heads are cleaned, cut by half rings and in olive oil they are roasted to a beautiful golden color. Then sugar is poured (a teaspoon with a slide), pepper, salt (they are taken to taste), wine is poured (a pile), after which the contents of the saucepan are quenched for three quarters of an hour under a lid with periodic stirring.
