Therefore, those who suffer from excess weight, it is recommended to use as much vegetables as possible. Recipes of salads with the addition of vegetables and fruits are huge, I want to bring a few that I like most.

Carrot and apple salad with raisins

This salad is all-season, as the products for cooking can be bought at any time of the year. Preparing a salad of carrots and apples is easy enough and takes a minimum of time.

For its preparation we will need: four large carrots, 100 grams of black raisins, two large apples and mayonnaise for dressing salad.

  • Preparation: Put the raisins in a plate, pour boiling water and leave for half an hour, so that he gets a good steam. Then drain the water, rinse it in a colander and leave in order that the glass all the water.
  • Carrots mine, peel and grate. Can be large or small, as you like.
  • With washed apples, peel and cut into small cubes. If you wish, you can use the grater. For a salad, apples with a sour taste are better to balance the combination of sweet carrots and raisins.

Salad of beets and apples with carrots

Very piquant and delicious salad, which is prepared simply and quickly.
For a salad we need: one medium carrot, a small beet, a medium apple, two stalks of celery and a pinch of salt. To prepare the sauce: two tablespoons of sesame seeds, a tablespoon of any honey, half a lemon, a tablespoon of cognac or rum and olive oil.

  • Let's start cooking: mine and peel the apple, carrots and beets. We rub on a Korean grater to make long strips.
  • We remove the stalks of celery from the skin and cut the plates as thin as possible.
  • Let's make sauce. We put the frying pan on the fire, pour the oil and saute the sesame seeds. You need to do this as soon as possible. As soon as the fragrance appears and the seeds turn golden, immediately turn off.
  • To the sesame, add honey, lemon juice, cognac directly into the frying pan and mix thoroughly.
  • In a deep cup, mix the grated vegetables, celery, apple, add salt and dress with sauce.
  • It is recommended to dress the dish with the sauce before serving to the table.

Salad of squid with apples

For those who love squid, this salad will be a real treat.

We need: half a kilogram of squid, two oranges, a large apple, a bunch of fresh dill, two tablespoons of squeezed lemon juice, three tablespoons of olive oil.

  • Preparation: squid thoroughly rinsed, cleaned and cut into rings. Then add the olive oil to the heated frying pan and fry them for three minutes. After pouring lemon juice and simmer on low heat for about five minutes.
  • Peeled apples are cut into cubes.
  • With orange peel, film and cut into smaller pieces.
  • We combine all ingredients, salt and mix thoroughly.
  • We put it in a beautiful salad bowl and decorate it with finely chopped dill.
