Fish (carp), baked in the oven with potatoes

Grocery list:

  • 200 g fresh sour cream;
  • Several potatoes;
  • 130 g of hard cheese;

How to bake carp with potatoes: a process from A to Z

1. Using a sharp knife, we clean the fish from scales. We make on the belly a deep incision - from the head to the tail. Gently remove all the insides. After this, the fish should be thoroughly washed under running water.

2. Make transverse notches on the carcass. The distance between them should not be more than 5 mm. This is necessary to ensure that the fine bones are well steamed.

3. We begin to process vegetables. With the potatoes peel the skin, and the onion is cleaned and cut into thin rings.

4. In a separate dish you have to melt the butter. There we add fresh sour cream. All this is thoroughly mixed. Cheese rub on the smallest grater.

How to bake carp with mushrooms

Necessary ingredients:

  • A half cup of sour cream;
  • 200 g of ceps (suitable and mushrooms);
  • Carp weighing 1 kg;
  • Two onions;
  • 70 g of oil;
  • 100 g of hard cheese (spicy);
  • Bread crumbs for breading;
  • 1 tbsp. L. Flour (of any kind).

The preparation process is very simple:

1. Clear the fish from the scales, remove the insides. We will need only carp fillets.

2. We take a deep container in which we will bake fish. Its bottom is richly oiled. Then spread the fillets. We send the dishes to the oven and bake the fish until half-ready.

3. Remove the peel from the mushrooms, thoroughly rinse them with water from the tap, and then cut into large slices. Mushroom pieces put in a small pot, add there rings of onion and pepper. Pour ¼ cup of water. At this stage, you can salt the dish. Tush mushrooms to the full. This will take about 5 minutes. Then we send the mushrooms into the tank with the fish fillet.

4. Carp should be covered with mushrooms. We also need a separate cup, in which we will mix sour cream, salt and flour. The resulting mass you need to water the fish. On top of the fillet pieces sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. It remains to drizzle the fish a little and place the dishes in the oven. Bake the dish until golden brown.
