1) Wash fresh mushrooms, thinly chopped. Fry in oil, adding salt and pepper. To cool.

2) To mushrooms add grated raw yolks, ground breadcrumbs and proteins, whipped in foam. Salt and mix.

3) Fill the minced mushroom with a pre-prepared carp. The abdomen is sewn.

4) Put into a mold, sprinkle with oil and send to a preheated oven for 80 minutes.
