Sour tomatoes with aspirin: a recipe for cooking

Take 10 liters of liquid, eight kilograms of fresh tomatoes, 10 tablets of aspirin, sugar (half a kilogram), three hundred grams of table salt and vinegar 9% (500 ml). To your taste, you can take a bunch of dill, currant leaves, coriander, horseradish, garlic and parsley.

Rinse the containers well, then sterilize them in a water bath with lids. Tomatoes should be rinsed in running water, then tightly tamped into containers, alternating with greens. In the boiling water dissolve tablets, salt, vinegar and sugar, pour into cans, close the lids. Store tomatoes with aspirin preferably in the basement or in the attic, where there is no direct sunlight.

Cold way

The following ingredients will be needed per one three-liter jar: two kilograms of strong tomatoes without flaws and injuries, two heads of onions, bell pepper, two cloves of garlic, aspirin (2 pcs.), Celery, dill, a glass of vinegar and half a cup of salt.

Take a kilo of fresh vegetables, a large salt (about 60 g), a bay leaf (2 pcs.), Horseradish, peppercorns (5 pcs.), Dill, black pepper, five cloves of garlic, five leaves of cherry and currant, Acetylsalicylic acid (3 table) and a liter of water.
