We need:

For this recipe we need:

  • One lemon;
  • A bunch of parsley and dill;
  • Two cloves of garlic;
  • vegetable oil;
  • A can of sour cream 200 gr;
  • One carrot;
  • One onion;
  • salt and pepper.

This recipe is more customary for our medium latitudes, but it is distinguished by an unusual taste combination, and therefore it will definitely be to the liking of the housewives who like to experiment in the kitchen. Bake carp in this case you need in your sleeve, and before you start again marinate. For marinade, mix vegetable oil, squeezed garlic, finely chopped greens, juice of one lemon, salt and pepper add to taste. We leave the carp in this marinade for four hours in the fridge. Now prepare for the fish an unusual vegetable sauce. To do this, finely chopped onions, fry it to a golden color in a small amount of butter. On a large grater, we rub the carrots and add to the brown onions. And then add to the vegetables 200 grams of sour cream, after which we leave to simmer on low heat for no more than 5 minutes. Marinated carp we put in a sleeve for baking, pour in the same sour cream sauce, tighten the sleeve and shake its contents several times. Bake the carp at 200 degrees for about half an hour.
