You will need:

  • 5 liters of plain water;
  • 200 gr. Granulated sugar;
  • A tablespoon with a slide of salt;
  • Leaves of cherry and currant;

If you are going to preserve fruit in 3 liter cans, it's best to choose their medium size so that they can easily climb through the neck. If you have a wooden tub, in this case the size is not important. First, sterilize the jars in boiling water, in parallel you can weld marinade - in the specified amount of water, pour in salt and sugar, let it simmer for about 5 minutes, then cool the liquid. The bottom of prepared cans for canning cover with leaves and start laying apples (previously washed) - from below you can put fruits larger, and on top ones that are smaller. Now pour the prepared marinade apples to the top, close the top of the can of gauze and put in a dark place to wander. After a couple of days, foam forms on the surface, it needs to be removed, if necessary, top up the marinade - remember that the liquid should always cover the fruit. Done - you can close the jars with plastic lids and put them in a cool place "to reach": fruits can be eaten in a month, but finally they will be ready in two. For cooking, you will need:

  • 20 kilograms of apples (if you have less, reduce the amount of other ingredients in proportion);
  • 500 gr. Good honey;
  • Half a kilo of prunes (dried fruit);
  • Half a kilo of bran;
  • 10 liters of water and 50 grams. Salt.

The washed apples "antonovka" (a recipe with prunes) will be a real hit of your winter preparations - they will be liked by the home, who have never tried anything like that, and guests who will ask you for a prescription. Apples wash, water boil, and then pour it bran and prunes. Mix well - in your solution should not remain and a hint of lumps.
