Now the husband and children are included in the cooking process. They spread a fork with minced forcemeat, make dumplings, and put them on a clean baking sheet. And my mother-in-law has a veneer, which is kept in a pure form especially for dumplings.

Another secret of our home-made dumplings. We must make a "happy dumpling". That is, in the middle with minced meat you need to put a penny (of course, previously well washed in boiling water). Children are always looking for money with pleasure and interest, weaving home-made ravioli. Knowing that this dumpling can get to someone, we will, of course, crack it carefully. Why rush? We enjoy joint work and a wonderful taste.
