If you cook a dish from normal meat, then it should be done according to a traditional recipe, and then add the egg to the steak. Below is a recipe in which a steak with an egg is prepared from ground beef. In this case, the meat is very tender and juicy, so it fits perfectly with the taste of the toasted egg. For this dish, you need these ingredients (per serving): ground beef - 150 g; Bacon - 40 g; Bread for toast - 40 g; Chicken egg - 1 piece; Cucumber - 30 g; Tomatoes - 40 g; Lettuce - 10-15 g; Adzhika - 30-40g; Vegetable oil - about 20 g; Onion green, pepper and salt.

The prepared ground beef is formed as a round disc, approximately 1.5 cm thick. The prepared steak is fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil until a crust is obtained. Then it is brought to readiness under a tightly fitting lid. From a slice of bread for toasts cut out a circle that should be the size of the cooked steak. Bread a little fried in a toaster or on a dry frying pan. Chicken egg is cooked in vegetable oil as an ordinary "glazun", trying not to damage the yolk. The dish is peppered and salted to taste. Thin bacon fry until ruddy in a frying pan.

Serving the dish in this way: washed and dried leaves of the salad tear into pieces and spread on a portion plate. Tomatoes and cucumbers are washed and cut with ringlets. Put the prepared bread on the plate, on top of it - bacon. On a bacon put a steak, on which neatly spread the fried egg. The whole dish is decorated with greens and vegetables. Adjika is served to the dish.

The most common recipe for cooking beef or veal is beef steak with onions. For her, a notch is used, which is thinly sliced and well beaten. As a result, a large and thin piece of meat should turn out. Sliced onions are fried separately from meat and added to it at the end of the cooking. Meat pepper, salt, add various spices (to taste) and fry until cooked. To this dish, a garnish of roasted potatoes and vegetable salads are excellent.

In the West, this dish is considered almost national. This is a dish with a loud name "steak with blood."
