How to cook celery root and stalk

Celery, cabbage kohlrabi, sweet apple and raw carrots cut into thin strips. Soak raisins in warm water for 20 minutes, rinse well, add to vegetables. Mix olive oil with liquid honey, season salad and sprinkle with cedar or walnuts.

"Chicken Joy"

Boiled chicken meat, celery stalk and canned pineapple cut into large cubes, cheese of hard varieties grate. Put into the salad bowl layers: chicken, grated cheese, pineapple, celery.
