Ingredients: filling - 500 g of fresh or frozen mushrooms, 300 g of boiled sausage, 3-4 heads of onions, 250 g of hard cheese, salt, mayonnaise, ketchup; For the test - 2 glasses of water, 20 g of yeast, 1 egg, flour, salt.

Preparation: prepare the yeast dough - dilute the yeast in a glass of warm water and add a little sugar. Let the yeast come up. Whisk in the bowl 1 egg, add to it the remaining water, yeast, salt to taste and flour. The dough should be slightly thicker than on the fritters. Put it in a warm place and wait for it to double. At this time, prepare the filling: mushrooms, cut into pieces of sausage and fry individually on vegetable oil. Let it cool down.
Approached dough poured into a baking tray (if there is time, it can be crumpled and let him go again). We spread from above a layer of mushrooms, then sausage and onions. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the entire surface, pour ketchup mixed with mayonnaise. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 2000 ° C until completely ready.
