But dishes from the celery root are not limited to recipes for soups and purees. You can easily make a salad from this vegetable. Take one celery root, a bunch of lettuce leaves, one lemon juice, a tablespoon of vegetable oil and 8 toasts made from black bread. Now you should cut the celery with the smallest straws or simply grate it on a grater. Sprinkle it with lemon juice on top. This is done so that the root does not darken, because you need to leave it for half an hour to soften. At this time, you will roast the toast on vegetable oil until a crusty crust appears. After which they must be finely chopped. You also need to prepare and dressing for a salad. Take two teaspoons of mustard and mix them with crushed garlic (two denticles), then add three teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, five tablespoons of oil (preferably olive), pepper it and salt. At the end of the preparation, it is required to arrange salad leaves on the dish, top with celery, then pour it with a dressing and finally sprinkle with croutons.
