Mushrooms in the oven

Mushrooms are a very useful product, because they contain a lot of protein, as well as carbohydrate glycogen, which is found only in products of animal origin. Because of this, mushrooms are also called forest meat. Starting to cook mushrooms in the oven, they need to be washed thoroughly in cold water and cleaned of spoiled and inedible parts. Of course, it is best to use freshly picked mushrooms, but it is worth remembering that they are kept very short.

You can also purchase frozen mushrooms in the store-they are already cleaned and fully prepared for cooking.

We advise you to prepare stuffed mushrooms in the oven. We need:

100 grams of any minced meat, 12 large champignons, 5 gherkins, half of Bulgarian pepper, parsley, grated cheese, a little mayonnaise, pepper, spices, salt.

Mushrooms must be thoroughly rinsed, cleaned and detached from the legs. From the inside, the hats should be well cleaned, since they will have to put stuffing in them. Bulgarian peppers and gherkins must be cut into small pieces, parsley should be finely chopped.

Do the stuffing: the legs of mushrooms must be crushed, mixed with minced meat, greens, gherkins, Bulgarian pepper. Salt, put spices, mayonnaise and chopped garlic. Mix everything thoroughly.

Fill the mushroom hats in such a way that there is a small hill on top. On the baking sheet, lay a foil, lay out the hats on top and cover them with another foil of foil. Bake the mushrooms in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200C, then remove the upper layer of foil, sprinkle the grated cheese on each fungus and put it back in the oven until the cheese melts and turns brown.

Stuffed mushrooms are served to the table in a hot form.

We need:

Half a mushroom (white, podberezovikov, podsinovikov), peeled and cut into small slices, 200 g onions, a spoonful of good butter, 200 g of sour cream, a spoonful of paprika, a little coriander, pepper black, 1 Bulgarian pepper, a spoonful of Greek fenugreek.

Peel onion and cut into small cubes. It is enough to warm the frying pan lightly and melt the butter on it, put the onion there. Fry the onion over a small fire until golden brown. You should stir frequently, not allowing the onion to stick. Remove the frying pan from the fire, pour the paprika, stir it with onions.

In toasted with butter, we spread fresh mushrooms, mix well. Stew on low heat for 5 minutes under the lid.

If the mushrooms are frozen, they should be thawed in cold water, and only after that we put them in onions. We increase the fire for a few minutes so that the mushrooms are heated. Then we act the same as with fresh mushrooms.

Pepper cut into small cubes, put it in a frying pan. If the liquid is not enough, then pour a little water and continue to simmer for another 20 minutes. Then put salt, sour cream and spices. Tush mushrooms in sour cream sauce for another 10 minutes on a small flame. We observe that the mushrooms in the oven do not burn. At the end of the quenching process, you can put the greens of dill.

However, life does not stand still, there is a new technique. We advise you to cook mushrooms in a microwave, it's very simple and tasty.

Take 250 g of mushrooms, a slice of garlic, 100 g of butter (cream), salt.

Mushrooms should be cleaned, rinsed well, finely chopped, put in a pan, add butter and chopped garlic. Salt. Cover and place in a microwave oven for 6 minutes at high power, stir and continue to simmer for 2 minutes.

The ready dish can be used as an independent, and as a side dish to meat.
