The technical school was opened in 1991, but it was originally a lyceum. In 2005, the first graduation ceremony was held in the training center named after Leonid Filatov. Here the same subjects are taught as in a regular general education school, plus there is a vocational training depending on the chosen direction. Students perform roles in the performances of the theater "Monoton" - this is an internship for them. The technical school has already earned a reputation for being an educational institution, where students receive professional education at a very high level.
