Being a very tasty and hearty dish, they are also useful - after all, meat contains a lot of essential nutrients, fats and vitamins necessary for the body. Especially useful are meatballs in the oven. The recipe for cooking them is simple, but made in this way, they are very useful, especially for people suffering from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and those who want to reduce the level of bad cholesterol in the blood. When frying in a frying pan, harmful carcinogens are formed, while cooking in the oven, meatballs are prepared almost in their own juice and therefore they do not have any health hazard. Even small children can eat meatballs in the oven. Recipe:

Buy pork and beef meat. Make mincemeat, take half a kilo of minced meat, 100 grams of rice, one onion, one egg, pepper and salt. Mix all the ingredients well. Roll neat balls from the received forcemeat and put them in the form in which you will bake meatballs. Next, we prepare the filling: 100 grams of sour cream, a teaspoon of mustard, spices to taste and a little water (so that the meatballs just above half concealed). Stir and pour meatballs. On top, you can sprinkle with different seasonings. We put the mold with the meatballs in the oven for about an hour. The first half an hour bake the meatballs in the oven under the foil, then remove it to create a mouth-watering crusty crust. Serve these meatballs with mashed potatoes and garnish with any salads.

We prepare the sauce so - on a frying pan fry onion, cut into half rings, carrot - straw, spoon of flour and tomato paste. At the end, water is added and ready-made meatballs are put in the gravy. All is extinguished ten minutes. You can pour the gravy on the baking sheet with meatballs. In an hour our meatballs with gravy in the oven will be ready!

For the holiday or the arrival of long-awaited guests, you can cook "Hedgehogs" - also meatballs in the oven. The recipe for their preparation is simple and straightforward. Take 500 g minced meat, 150 grams of white rice, onion, carrot, three eggs, to taste mayonnaise, pepper and salt. Boil half the rice is ready, wash it and add it to the stuffing. Fry finely chopped carrots and onions, and also add to the stuffing. We mix here mayonnaise, eggs and spices. We roll balls - our future meatballs. We put them in the form and add vegetable oil and a glass of water. We put the meatballs in a hot oven for forty minutes. Our meatballs are ready in the oven. Recipe you will ask all friends and acquaintances! Your guests will be satisfied - this beauty will decorate any table. They will be grateful for your concern, because every person is flattered by the fact that they are waiting for him and are preparing for his arrival, especially if they cook all kinds of dishes with their own hands.

And you can cook fish meatballs in the microwave. They are also a dietary and healthy dish. Take 200 g of cod fillets, spices, one egg, a glass of cream, a glass of broccoli cabbage and one teaspoon of butter. Cut the diced fish into a foil and clean for half an hour in the freezer. Using a blender, grind the fish to mash, add the cream and egg white, spices and mix well. Get the minced stuff for an hour in the refrigerator. Boil the broccoli in the salt water for two minutes, dry it on a towel and add to the fish mince. Roll the meatballs, place them in oiled molds and put them in the microwave. Bake in the microwave for about ten minutes. Serve these unusual meatballs in a "nest" of noodles and broccoli. Broccoli broth in cream for five minutes, along with onions, diced cubes. Boil the noodles. Lay the meatballs on a plate, surround them with noodles and broccoli, pour over the sauce.
