Steamed vegetables. Tasty and healthy food

Many ignore vegetables for a couple, believing that it is tasteless. However, this is an erroneous opinion. Such food can be delicious and tasty. The biggest advantage of steamed food is the preservation of all vitamins. With the necessary equipment, steamed food is prepared very quickly.

When cooking, vegetables give into the broth all their vitamins and lose color. This does not happen if you use a steamer, multivark and other similar equipment. For a couple you can cook dishes without salt or with its minimum content.

To give the dish a more intense color, you can prepare the sauce. For example, mix olive oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic and onions. A perfect combination - sesame oil and soy sauce. You can also use a mixture of wine vinegar, black pepper and tarragon. For the sauce you can use different products and spices.

To make the vegetables a couple more flavorful, spices and herbs are added to the water of the steamer.

To prepare the next dish, you need about 350 grams of broccoli, one red onion, green onions, greens, frozen green peas (350 grams), spices and lemon juice. First you need to prepare the vegetables. Broccoli is sorted into inflorescences, onions are cleaned and cut into slices. Chop the green onions finely. We put the vegetables in a steamer and cook for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. We mix vegetable oil, lemon juice, herbs and spices (pepper, salt). With this sauce we water the vegetables cooked for a couple, and serve them on the table.

Vegetables for a couple can become ingredients of a delicious salad. To make it, you need 300 grams of broccoli. It is better to take a fresh one, but if it is not, then use frozen. Also, we take two tomatoes, one red onion and one green onion, one onion. In addition, you need two tablespoons of soy sauce, as much vegetable oil, salt and pepper.

At tomatoes it is necessary to remove a cuticle and to cut them in middle lobules. We disassemble cabbage on the inflorescence. Pepper is cleaned from the stem and cut into small cubes. Next, all vegetables should be boiled using a steamer. We process each product separately. Onions are left in a raw form. For a salad, you also need to prepare a dressing. Mix the soy sauce with vegetable oil. Onion cut into very thin semirings. We put the finished vegetables on a plate and pour the sauce over it. Before serving, you should cool this dish.

To vegetables, you can serve potatoes boiled in the same way. It will take 500 grams of potatoes. It must be cleaned and cut into slices. We fill the steamer with water (1 liter) and grease the grate with vegetable oil. Then we spread the potatoes on the grate and leave it for 30 minutes. In the finished dish, add a little salt and serve it on the table with vegetables.

And for dessert, we suggest preparing a pumpkin for a couple. It must be cleaned and cut into slices. We put the lobules into the steamer and cook for about 20 minutes. Then throw the pumpkin into a colander and spread it on the plate. Top with water butter, melted and mixed with toasted croutons.
