We all used to think that cooking Chinese noodles is a simple matter, took a bag and filled it with boiling water. Nevertheless, there are ways to be more interesting.

Chinese noodles are a delicious product. Very popular recently is this dish, which is served in Chinese fast-food restaurants: noodles interspersed with chunks of chicken, soaked in a small amount of water and abundantly sprinkled with chopped greens. And, you can say, the soul of such dishes (since there are small variations of the recipe) are special Chinese spices. They give that unique taste, for which this noodle is also loved. To better understand how it is usually customary to cook Chinese noodles, below is an example of a recipe.

For the preparation of regular Chinese noodles you will need:

- 6 shiitake fungi;

- 2 chicken breasts;

- 350 grams of Chinese noodles;

- 170 grams of cherry tomatoes;

- 1 onion medium;

- 3 tablespoons peanut butter ;

- 3 table spoons of soy sauce;

- 2 tablespoons of tea sugar;

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch;

- 1 tablespoon of tea salt;

- 20 milliliters of water.

Garlic cloves shall be finely chopped and mixed with peanut butter, sugar, soy sauce and salt. Chicken fillet is very thinly cut and mixed with the resulting marinade. Then leave for 20 minutes. That marinade, which will remain after this period of time, is drained into some kind of dishes. To fry the pickled chicken in oil together with the mushrooms and the finely chopped onions. Fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the cherry tomatoes with the remaining marinade and fry for another 5 minutes. Stir the starch in water and pour in. Chinese noodles cook in salted water separately. Cook the noodles in a deep bowl, and pour over the sauce with chicken. Decorate on top of the greenery. That's it, it turned out the usual Chinese noodles. The recipe is simple, but it's no less delicious. It's not that simple noodles from a shopping bag, do you agree?

But you may have such a question: and how to cook Chinese noodles? Perhaps, with it you can do some other actions, except cooking? Or are there any other types of noodles? And you will be right. For example, there are recipes, where instead of simple noodles, a "glass", so-called, fucchosa is used. From the usual it differs in that it is very very thin, and therefore as if transparent.
