Veal Heart: a recipe with sour cream

Necessary ingredients :

  • Two cloves of garlic;
  • Capsicum - 2 pieces;

  • Table vinegar - 50 ml;
  • Vegetable oil (olive) - incomplete glass (about 150 grams);
  • 1 lemon and 1 onion;
  • Red pepper and salt.

Technology of preparation

Cut the heart into two halves. Rinse out. Remove streaks and cut the meat into cubes. Prepare the marinade. To do this, chop the garlic, green peppers, paprika, salt and vinegar. Veal heart: recipe with buckwheat and vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Half a kilo of veal heart;
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece (about 150 grams);
  • Tomato juice - incomplete glass (about 150 ml);
  • Mustard seeds ;
  • Seeds of coriander, peppercorns, laurushka;
  • The head of onions;
  • Buckwheat - about 400 grams (2 cups);
  • Water and salt.

Technology of preparation

Cut the onion into pieces of arbitrary size and fry in oil. Slice tomatoes and peppers, put them onions. Spasseruyte 2-3 minutes. Cut the heart into pieces, put them into the vegetables. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Season with a spoonful of mustard seeds, coriander, a few peas of pepper. Stir. Stew the meat 10 minutes. After pour tomato juice and water (it should cover the heart centimeter by 4). Put the laurushka and simmer for 40 minutes. Time is up - estimate the dish for salt. If necessary, add water. Separately boil the buckwheat groats until cooked. Serve together, sprinkling a little dish with herbs.
