But if you make it at home from meat for steak or chicken, then this meal can be quite nutritious and useful.

Fajitos: recipe with chicken

You will need 4 chicken breasts without skin, 8 corn tortillas, a teaspoon of dried garlic, and one and a half chayn. Spoons of salt, caraway, chili, red pepper. Also, the recipe for fachitos means that you take about two tablespoons of sunflower deodorized oil, as much lemon juice, an onion and one medium green pepper. Cut chicken meat in medium-sized strips. Separately, mix in a bowl of dry seasonings with butter and juice. In the resulting marinade, put the meat, stir.

Fajitos with beef - a rich and simple recipe

This dish is excellent even for those who do not know how to cook meat dishes. It will be very tasty in almost any case. But, of course, the quality of meat is extremely important. According to this recipe, it should turn out to be tender, but at the same time well-fried. It is because of this that fachitos can be used as a preparation for picnics. Also, in the process of preparing this dish, the remains of a variety of meat snacks are well left. If you buy all the products for the preparation of fachitos, then two things should be considered. First - you need beef tenderloin. Other parts of the carcass will not work. Pork and even veal do not have the right texture.

The second point: any meat needs to be beaten thin enough until it becomes less than two millimeters thick. This will allow to fry it qualitatively for a short time. For 10 servings of fajitos, 800 g of beef tenderloin, 10 tortillas and marinade products: brown sugar (or muskovado, two tablespoons), a glass of water, half a glass of soy sauce, a spoonful of white wine vinegar will be needed. After pickling, the chopped meat is dried, beaten off and quickly fried. Slightly cool, cut into thick straws. Then wrap in tortilla and serve with a spicy sauce, sour cream or guacamole.
