Necessary ingredients:

  • A small bundle of nettle (100-200 grams);
  • A couple of carrots;
  • Potatoes - 3 pieces;
  • One small head of onions;
  • Three liters of water;

  • Large salt - one tablespoon;
  • Butter - 30 grams;
  • Two pieces of laurel leaves and black ground pepper.
  • Prepare sour cream for refilling ready meals.

Let's start cooking the dish "Nettle soup". The recipe is the following: we also begin to prepare the soup with potatoes. As soon as the soup with potatoes boils, remove the foam and put carrots, cut into small cubes. After that add the laurel leaf and butter. With a well washed nettle, we cut off the leaves, and remove all the thick stems. We cut it not too finely.
