  • 50 g of flour;

Then with a blender we turn it into a mass similar to apple puree. We add cottage cheese, sugar and egg to it, carefully mixing. At the end of this time, we begin to form syrniki (very tasty, useful for children), dumping them in flour and giving them a rounded shape. Then we spread the curds on a heated frying pan with butter and fry them on a small fire for 5-7 minutes. We turn and fry on the other side.

With a manga

You can prepare cottage cheese cakes with the addition of semolina with sour cream sauce. This recipe is prepared according to a special technology. After the cheese cakes are not fried in a skillet, they are baked in the oven under the sour cream sauce. For their preparation you will need the following products:

  • Half a kilo of fatty cottage cheese;
  • 2 tbsp. L. Manki;
  • egg;
  • 3 tbsp. L. Sahara;
  • vanilla;
  • 4 tbsp. L. Sour cream with fat content of 15%.

For the preparation of such cottage cheese, first of all, it is necessary to wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, then add semolina, egg, sugar and vanillin to it. Thoroughly mix everything, leave the resulting mass for a few minutes. Then we form cheese cakes from it. Formed curds should be put on a greased frying pan. At this time, you can turn on the oven to warm up. After that, beat the sour cream with the flour, the resulting mixture is greased syrniki. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200-220 ° C until a crispy golden crust forms (25-30 minutes). Very tasty cottage cheese cottage cheese with semolina is ready. Can be served to the table.
