The recipe for cooking charlottes is so simple that an inexperienced mistress and a small schoolgirl can make such a pie.   • two eggs;
  • Flour (enough 1.5 cups);
  • A glass of yogurt (it can be replaced with unsweetened yogurt or yogurt);
  • butter;
  • 2 parts of a good baking powder for dough;
  • A little salt (literally at the tip of the knife);
  • Vanilla sugar (enough 1 tsp).

Now we will consider in detail the process of preparing charlottes:

1) We take apples, we thoroughly wash them with water from the tap, and then cut into pieces. If you purchased them in the nearest supermarket and assume that they were subjected to chemical treatment, then gently remove the skin from them. Charlotte on kefir from this will not become worse. If you use domestic apples, then there is no need to clean them from the peel.

2) In a deep bowl, beat the sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar. Slowly pour in kefir (unsweetened yogurt), as well as softened butter. Do not forget to leave about 10 g of oil to lubricate the baking dish.

3) At this stage, we will make dough for charlottes with apples. To do this, mix the flour with a baking powder. In the same dish, you need to pour in a mixture of eggs and butter. We mix everything thoroughly. We put the cut apples and mix again.

4) Put the dough in a mold that is heavily oiled.

5) The cake should be cooked at an average temperature (between 180 and 200 degrees). If you notice the formation of a ruddy crust, then the apple charlotte is completely ready. To make your cake turn out not only tasty, but also beautiful, you can use special shaped baking molds for baking. They are sold at any hardware store. You can find them in supermarkets.

Convinced vegetarians we offer another recipe - charlotte on kefir without eggs. Of course, this is not the best recipe for the famous pie, but it's worth trying. So, to prepare charlottes without the use of eggs, you will need these ingredients:

  • Kefir of any fat content (2 cups);
  • Manka (there will be enough 2 glasses);
  • baking soda;
  • A little raisins and prunes;
  • 2 medium-sized apples;
  • Sugar (about 2 cups);
  • Flour (not less than 1,5-2 glasses);
  • A glass of vegetable (unrefined) oil.

Vegetarian charlotte on kefir prepare as follows:

1) Take deep dishes, pour kefir into it, add the mango and carefully mix the two ingredients.

2) Soak raisins and prunes in hot water.

3) Add sugar, flour, soda, butter and dried fruits.

4) The dough should turn out thick, but still not like a pancake.

5) Prepared dough should be carefully poured into the mold. But before that you have to cut apples on the bottom of this form.

6) The cooking time of the pie at 220 degrees is 20 minutes.
