Talking about how to cook chicken noodles, it is worth paying attention to a few points. The washed and gutted chicken is placed in a saucepan of cold water, then put on the fire and brought to a boil. If you fill the meat with boiling water or put it in hot water, the broth will turn out to be less rich. Further here, laid carrots, onion and parsley root are laid. After the chicken is cooked, let the broth be filtered, boiled again, and then add the noodles. The mixed dough should be steep, and the noodles, after it is made, are well dried. Meat from the broth should be taken out, cut into portions and added directly to the plates before serving. The main products contained in the dish are noodles and chicken. In some regions of Russia this soup is traditional on the second day of the wedding, as it is well absorbed and not too fatty. When already prepared pasta is added here, the taste is no longer the same, less saturated and rich. Therefore, do not be lazy, but it is better to make noodles on your own, especially since it's quite simple.
