To start, it will be enough and 15 minutes, in the future, you can increase the time to 30 minutes, depending on your desire and capabilities .   Charging in the morning should be done before breakfast. Beforehand, you can drink a glass of water, because during sleep our body is dehydrated, and this will help restore the balance of the liquid. Lovers of coffee or tea can drink their favorite drink instead of a glass of water.

Charging in the morning should begin with the spine. We do a little workout. The easiest and most effective exercise is the slopes to the side. Legs on the width of the shoulders, one arm at the waist, the second hand stretches toward the inclination of the body through the head, so you also stretch the oblique muscles of the press. Lean alternately in different directions about 10-15 times. After this exercise, you can proceed to the next: stand up straight, legs together, connect hands to the lock above your head and try to stretch as high as possible, while do not forget to breathe deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth. The legs are shoulder width apart, the back is straight, while squatting, make sure that the knees do not go beyond the socks line, you should have the feeling that you seem to sit on a chair, pulling the buttocks back, knees are fixed and do not go forward.
