If you decide that morning exercises are what you need for a full-fledged existence, start every day (and even the weekend!) With a warm-up right in bed. Hearing the alarm, do not get up abruptly, but lie down, stretch in all directions. The simplest twisting and sipping significantly improve the health status, as it improves blood supply and strengthens blood vessels. Therefore, morning gymnastics has proved itself well, as a way of improving not only the figure, but also the well-being.

Remember that if you set a goal to lose weight and want to achieve it, you will have to do exercises daily, a couple of hours before or after eating. Twenty minutes after classes, you can easily have a snack, for example, eat half of an apple or drink a glass of yogurt.

Here is a set of exercises for morning exercises , each performed eight to twelve times:

  1. Since in the morning the muscles are dry and cold after a long sleep, it is necessary to warm them up. To do this, a rope is suitable - five minutes of jumping on it will perfectly warm up all the muscles. As an option - running or fast walking on the ground with high-lifted knees.
  2. We go down to the floor, the starting position - lying on the back, legs bent at the knees, hands along the body. Inhale - tear off the pelvis from the floor, on exhalation gently lower it down.
  3. Raise the straight legs up so that they are to the floor at an angle of 90 degrees. For a few seconds, hold them at the top, then gently lower them down.
  4. Sitting on the rug, leaning on his hands, we raise straight legs.
  5. Deep squats will help you to find beautiful buttocks and legs. We hold hands at the chest level, we do not tear off the feet from the floor.
  6. The falls forward alternately first to the right, then to the left leg, also form a beautiful buttocks. Take care that your back is straight, drawn into the stomach. Better to hold your hands at the waist.
  7. You can add slopes to the sides - stand up so that the legs are at the width of the shoulders, hands lower along the body. Do the slopes right-left, without moving the pelvis. This exercise forms a beautiful waist.

Warm up the workout by walking, gradually slowing down the pace. Immediately after charging, you can not sit down or lie down - then there will be no effect from the exercises. Take a cool shower and do household chores or go to work.

No less important is the morning exercises for toddlers. Any child needs a charge for correct and timely development, including stroking, kneading, bending and extension of limbs. Morning gymnastics for children also helps to establish a trusting contact between mother and child, improves the mood of the baby and develops it, because if all manipulations are accompanied by rhymes and rhymes, the baby will soon learn to talk and communicate. In the complex of gymnastic exercises, except for stroking and extension, to children of six months of age, it is necessary to introduce squats, short-term vises on the crossbar, walking by handles, playing with the ball (rolling).

It is very useful to play with a toddler in a magpie, crow, goat horned and other warm-up games. It amuses the baby and gives him a charge of positive emotions at the beginning of a new day. So do not be lazy and spend time with your child actively!
