Beef stroganoff from chicken with mushrooms: a recipe for instant cooking

Ingredients for beef stroganoff from chicken:

- 530 grams of fillet of young chicken (broiler will not work);

- 440 grams of fresh mushrooms;

- purple bulb;

- a pair of lobes of purple garlic;

- 30 grams of creamy white oil;

- 90 grams of sifted flour;

- 300 ml fresh sour cream;

- 30 ml sherry;

- 15 ml of tomato paste;

- 30 ml of chicken broth;

- 5 grams of pepper and 5 grams of large salt.

Preparation of beef stroganoff from chicken:

  1. Rinse and cut the fillet into thin slabs, not more than 1.5 cm in diameter (can be cut on a blender).
  2. Peel and finely chop the purple onion, peel and crush the garlic.
  3. Stir the chicken with the purple onion and garlic, add the butter and simmer for about 4 minutes in the oven.
  4. Mix the flour with salt and pepper, mix with meat and mushrooms, close the lid and stew again 4 minutes under the lid.
  5. Then reduce the power to 700 C and simmer for another half hour, stirring two or three times, so as not to burn and uniformly be baked.
  6. Before serving, pour the sour cream and mix.

The second dietary prescription will be beef stroganoff from turkey, which is characterized by the smallest content of kilocalories. It is prepared in a similar way, but the cooking time is expended more than on the beef stroganoff from the chicken, in view of the specific characteristics of the meat of this bird.

Ingredients for beef stroganoff from turkey:

- 550 grams of fresh turkey breast;

- sweet green bell pepper;

- 380 grams of apricots canned;

- 170 grams of champignons;

- parsley / basil / dill / onion, herbs in equal proportions - a bunch;

- 15 grams of ginger;

- 130 grams of soybean sprouts;

- 50 ml of vegetable oil;

- three cloves of purple garlic;

Half a ripe lemon;

- large salt, 9 grams of sugar and cayenne pepper.

Preparation of beef stroganoff from turkey:

  1. Rinse the turkey breast and cut into small bars of 150 mm.
  2. Peel and chop garlic, squeeze half a lemon into it, mix with large salt and ginger, pour the mixture with meat.
  3. Peel apricots in a prepared container, cut into large brusochki.
  4. Mushrooms rinse and cut into petals, peel and clean cut into small pieces.
  5. Chop greens, rinse soy sprouts.
  6. Put the meat in a prepared for frying pot and simmer for four minutes on a regular fire with butter.
  7. Add pepper, champignons, mushrooms and apricots and fry for another four minutes.
  8. Pour 130 ml of apricot marinade, seasoned with sugar, salt and cayenne pepper, cook until ready, but not less than forty minutes. On the table, serve portionwise with the soybean sprouts, previously sprinkled with parsley.

Preparation of beef Stroganoff takes a little time, and the dish turns rich and juicy, thanks to a unique combination of ingredients. If the beef stroganoff with chicken is served with vegetables, try replacing sour cream with low-fat yogurt, you will get a completely dietary dish, with a small portion of which you will be satisfied for a long time.
