Often people put salted sausage in salads with a meat component. And kills it all the taste! Saving is understandable and close to the majority of the population, but why spoil your holiday with "Stolovskim" dishes? After all, if you cook from quality and delicious ingredients and skillfully combine them, then the dish will cost you not so expensive. For example, a salad with ham and cheese and pineapple at a sufficiently large volume is not too much "tighten" financially - because there are other components.

Unusual salad with biscuits

It is stacked in layers, each of which should be greased with mayonnaise. At the very bottom are laid salad leaves, torn or cut long strips. On them are laid out brusochki a third of a kilogram of good ham. Next come cubes of canned pineapple (enough and a small jar). On them, the cheese bar of grams is roughly rubbed on two hundred. And at the end, just before serving, a salad with ham and cheese and pineapples sprinkled with small crackers. You can buy a bag (with the taste of cheese most suitable), but you can dry yourself.

Pineapples, tomatoes, ham

It turns out a dish with a very elegant taste. A large tomato, pineapple rings (400 g pot) and the same amount of ham are cut into cubes of the same size. Two-thirds of the can of olives are cut with rings (large - in three parts, small can be and just half-and-half, just across). Grams of one hundred cheese are finely grated. All components are neatly mixed, a jar of maize is added to the salad with ham and cheese and pineapples, the dish is savored with two slices of finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Then you can put it in a salad bowl, or you can create a plate with special rings on the plates "turrets" and decorate them with cheese, greens and olives.

Ham-pineapple salad with apples

Much more multi-component than the previous ones! Three potatoes and four eggs are cooked, a large apple is peeled, all this together with a piece of cheese is rubbed into different bowls. Five rings of pineapple and a third of a kilogram of ham are crumbled with small straws. The bulb is crushed, boiled and drained. Now we need to collect this wonderful salad with ham and cheese and pineapple, and on an oval dish, so that it looks like the shape of our exotic fruit:

  • Potatoes sprinkled with pepper and smeared with mayonnaise;
  • Attached bow;
  • Ham - and again mayonnaise;
  • Apples;
  • Peppered eggs (from above namayonezit);
  • Pineapples.

And repeat all these layers in the same sequence. At the top of the salad sprinkled with cheese, carefully covered with a deep bowl or a film and put on the night in the refrigerator for impregnation.

Salad "Tenderness"

Recipes with such a name are innumerable. This is understandable: the tenderness of the taste tones is difficult to call a different word. We chose the one that seemed most appropriate to us. For him, a piece of cheese is taken, coarsely rubbed. A quarter kilogram of ham is cut by a short straw. Two fresh cucumbers are peeled and crumbled - not too thick to evenly mix with the rest of the ingredients. The bank of marinated champignons is divided into unequal parts: a large chop is proportioned straw, the smaller is left for decoration. At the end of the preparatory work, the salad itself is formed: ham, cheese, champignons and cucumbers are combined, pinned, if necessary, salted and dressed with mayonnaise, mingled with finely chopped greens. Stand for a cold dish for at least an hour. And when served, it is decorated with thin lemon slices, mushrooms and greens.

It should be noted that the recipe for salad "Tenderness" with ham allows you to complement the dish with boiled eggs or instead of champignons to take forest mushrooms. The taste, of course, will turn out different, but not less tender.
