But this concept is true if you are making a common vinaigrette - a recipe with peas. And if you add some unusual ingredient to the vinaigrette, then an original salad will come out, which is not a shame to decorate the festive table. Classic vinaigrette with peas

For this dish, we need 400 grams of carrots, beets and potatoes, 2-3 pickles, onion, green pea pot , any vegetable oil (2 tablespoons), parsley, pepper and salt.

All the vegetables must be boiled beforehand. To do this, add the washed beets to the pan and fill it with water. Cook for about 20 minutes, add potatoes and carrots and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove the vegetables from the plate and leave to cool until morning.

The next morning we clean all the vegetables from the peel. After that, cut into cubes vegetables, cucumbers and onions. Add the canned peas (previously drained from the cans of water). We fill the salad with vegetable oil, salt. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. It's time to the table!

As a fish for salad, fresh herring is most suitable. You can also use sardines, herring, horse mackerel and other fish that have dark meat. At the fish we separate the fillets, let them in, we cool them and cut them into small pieces. Pre-cooked and peeled vegetables cut into pieces, cut onions with straw. We combine all vegetables, add peas, fill with oil, salt. The ready-made vinaigrette can be decorated with fish, green onions, beets and pour on top with a small amount of mayonnaise.

Mushroom vinaigrette with peas

This salad has an unusual and piquant taste, which makes it possible to serve it to the festive table. This vinaigrette presupposes the presence of salted mushrooms. From vegetables we need two bulbs, carrots and potatoes, one medium-sized beetroot, fresh cucumber, a glass of canned peas, four tablespoons of vegetable oil, several lettuce leaves, lemon juice 2 tbsp. Spoon, parsley and celery.

Pre-cooked vegetables are peeled and cut into cubes. Onions and cucumber are also cut into small cubes. Finely chop the salted mushrooms. Mix the butter and squeezed lemon juice. Mix all ingredients, fill with a prepared mixture of vegetable oil and lemon juice. On a serving dish we spread a lettuce leaf, from above we put the vinaigrette and decorate with parsley or celery. Vinaigrette with peas and sauerkraut

For this dish, you need to take 400 grams of beets, potatoes and carrots, 200 grams of pickled cucumbers and sauerkraut, 150 grams of onions, any vegetable oil, and salt.

Beets, carrots and potatoes are cooked until ready and let cool. Peel off the peel. We cut the vegetables into small cubes. Prepared onion, pickled cucumbers are also cut into small pieces. Quail cabbage finely shred, if it is very salty, then rinse with water. Mix all the ingredients and season the salad with vegetable oil. Solim to taste.
