  • Marjoram (a small bundle);
  • Olive oil for refueling;
  • Salt, pepper (if you want more sharply - black pepper can be replaced with red).

Spinach boil in salted water and cut into slices. Chop boiled eggs and tomatoes. Break the marjoram. Mix everything, squeeze the lemon, add olive little, add salt, pepper, mix again. To taste, you can not add olive oil, and pour the finished salad with whipped cream.

The recipe for French salad with oranges :

  • Lettuce (1 bunch);
  • Lemon (half or whole, depends on your preferences);
  • Tomatoes (2 pieces);
  • Orange (1 pc.);
  • Fresh cream (50 gr.);
  • Salt, white pepper (ground).

Peel the orange and divide into slices, cut into slices. If there is a superfluous time, then you can first clean each of them from the film, if there is no time - nothing terrible, they will not affect the taste of the dish. Cut the salad and tomatoes. Mix everything, add lemon juice, salt, pepper and sprinkle with fresh cream.
