In a small saucepan, add pieces of fish, sprinkle onions, pour tomato sauce, sprinkle with spices, salt and stew for another ten minutes. Before serving, decorate with lemon slices and greens. This dish can be eaten both hot and cold.

To prepare this dish you will need small pieces of food foil (about 25x25 centimeters in size). In the center of the square, oiled, put a small piece of fish fillets (preferably without bones). On top put the pre-cooked pieces of champignons, a few slices of tomatoes and lightly fried onions. Sprinkle with salt and grated cheese. This dish is a la carte: one serving - one piece of foil. We wrap the foil so that the ingredients are stewed in their own juice. We lay on the baking sheet in a preheated to 180 degree oven wrapped in foil portions. Cook for about half an hour on a medium heat. In order to get a dish covered with a ruddy crust, you need to open the foil from the top (you can just cut it with a sharp knife), making wide openings shortly before the end of cooking.
