Apple-nut loaf

Ingredients:

1. Crust:

  • Chicken eggs -5 pieces;
  • Sugar - 100 grams;
  • a glass of flour;
  • Baking powder - one sachet;
  • For baking paper ;
  • Vegetable oil - a teaspoon.

2. Filling:

  • One kilogram of apples;
  • Butter - 40 grams;
  • Sugar - 100 grams;
  • Walnuts - one glass;
  • Raisins - 2 cups;
  • Pinch of cinnamon.

Preparation:

Roll with nut stuffing begins with the preparation of apples. They are cleared from the core. Then rub on a large grater and put in a frying pan with pre-melted vegetable oil. Then add sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Stew for about ten minutes, stirring constantly. Then chop the walnuts with a knife.

Now you can start to prepare the dough. For this purpose, a baking powder is added to the flour and all is well mixed. Then eggs are beaten with sugar, in the process should be added five spoonfuls of boiling water. After that, flour with a baking powder is introduced, and the mass is mixed, and then poured onto a baking tray. It is important to pre-lay it with baking paper. Bake it for fifteen minutes. Pull, sprinkle with walnuts and lay out the apple mixture. Roll up the nut roll with the paper on which it was baked.

Roll with nut stuffing

Dough:

  • One glass of milk;
  • Two tablespoons of sugar;
  • Ten grams of yeast dry;
  • one egg;
  • A pinch of salt and vanillin;
  • Butter - 50 grams.

Mix yeast dough. It combines milk, sugar, shakes, eggs, salt, vanillin and butter. Then everything is put in a warm place. When the mass rises a third time, it is already possible to roll out. A special paper is used on which the sheet is rolled. Then the nut filling is laid out on top of it and roulette is made. And the edges of it must be connected. Then in a circle it is necessary to cut the roll and turn the resulting parts. Then everything should be left for half an hour, so that the dough finally came up. Next you can already lubricate the beaten egg and bake for forty minutes.

Filling:

  • Three glasses of walnut nuts;
  • One glass of sugar;
  • A tablespoon of butter.

Nuts, previously shredded with a knife or in a blender, should be fried. Then add to them butter with powdered sugar.

Glaze:

  • Butter - 50 grams;
  • A tablespoon of powdered sugar;
  • a glass of milk.

The butter must be melted, mixed with milk and sugar powder. Then cool the mass, and then put it in a bag. Cut off its tip so that you can decorate with a mesh roll with a nut filling. The recipe is really simple, cooking takes a little time, but the dish turns out very tasty.

Hungarian roll

Opara. It will take half a teaspoon of dry yeast, two tablespoons of sugar and half a glass of kefir.

Dough:

  • Half a glass of milk, kefir and as much sugar;
  • two eggs;
  • Three tablespoons of butter;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • Flour 700 grams.

Filling:

  • Walnuts - 200 grams;
  • One glass of raisins and the same amount of sugar;
  • Butter - 50 grams;
  • 50 ml of milk;
  • one egg;
  • Two tablespoons of cocoa and cinnamon;
  • vanillin.

It is easy to prepare this nut roll. The recipe is very interesting, and the baking itself turns out delicious. First you need to put the spit. For this, in warm kefir, yeast is bred with sugar. The mass is left for twenty minutes. Further heated milk, kefir and added with butter and sugar. Mix well until smooth. Prospected flour - 300 grams. Add to it salt, milk-kefir mixture, opara and eggs. It mixes gradually, the remaining flour is added. After the dough stops sticking, it needs to be put out for kneading. Then put in a cup, cover and leave for two hours.

Next is the nut stuffing. In the cup you need to put nuts crushed, raisins, cocoa, sugar and cinnamon. Stir, adding the preheated milk with butter, egg and vanillin. The dough, when it comes up, is divided into two parts, and each of them - into three pieces, roll them thinly, put the stuffing and roll into a roll. Then put in a bowl for baking, sprinkle with oil, cover with a towel and leave for one hour. Then grease the egg, and then bake another hour.

Roll with condensed milk and nuts

Dough:

  • A glass of sugar;
  • a glass of flour;
  • Eggs - 4 pieces.

Syrup:

  • Boiled condensed milk - 5 spoons;
  • Walnuts - half a glass;
  • Powdered sugar - 200 grams.

Preparation:

First, we take the eggs and separate the yolks from the proteins. The first is whipped with sugar, and from the second cases a magnificent foam. Then we connect the two masses. Then flour is gradually added. The liquid dough is poured onto a pre-prepared baking sheet covered with special paper. All evenly distributed and sent to bake until golden brown. When it cools down, remove the paper, soak it with condensed milk, sprinkle with nuts, wrap it. After that, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Nut roll is ready. You can serve it on the table.

Roll with nuts and lemon cream

Dough:

  • Eggs - 4 pieces;
  • One yolk;
  • Hot water - 4 tablespoons;
  • Vanilla sugar - one sachet;
  • Sugar - 125 grams;
  • Starch - 25 grams;
  • Flour - 100 grams;
  • Baking powder - one teaspoon.

Cream:

  • Gelatin - 10 grams;
  • Cream - 400 grams;
  • Lemon juice - 100 milligrams;
  • Lemon peel;
  • vanilla sugar;
  • Half a glass of walnuts.

Preparation:

Mixer to beat eggs, gradually adding hot water. Then add the usual and vanilla sugar. When the mass increases in volume, you can enter flour, baking powder, starch. Mix the mixture well and place on a baking sheet covered with special paper. Bake for fifteen minutes at 180 degrees.

While baking the dough, you need to spread the towel on the table. Sprinkle it with sugar, take out the dough and lay it on the towel, with which we wrap the roll.

Next, the cream is prepared. For this, we soak gelatin according to the instructions. Lemon juice is heated and we send gelatin there. After that, whip the cream with powder, cooled lemon juice and its zest. The dough should be deployed, greased with cream, sprinkled with chopped nuts, again folded. Then it needs to be cooled, and the nut loaf is ready.
