Useful properties of oats

This cereal plant is widely spread in homeopathy due to the diversity of its composition. The healing properties of oats allow it to be used in folk medicine. According to the content of amino acids rich in proteins, oats are in second place after buckwheat. Oats also contain:

I can also testify the useful properties of oats on my example. Some time, for about one month, I used oatmeal every day for food. It was a recovery period after the operations were carried out. Flakes I just poured with boiling water, turned out porridge, which for taste added soy sauce. I felt great, and now, at least one week a year, I must keep an oat diet. It is actually tasty, nutritious and useful. In the process of recovery, such a diet is generally invaluable.

Oat flakes are an excellent remedy for chronic inflammation, and oatmeal is used for acute inflammatory processes of the gastrointestinal tract. Useful properties of oats are due to the optimal presence of vitamins, as well as proteins, fats, carbohydrates. An important role in the functioning of the nervous system is played, in particular, by the vitamins of group "B". Accordingly, the inclusion of this product in the diet contributes to the restoration of the heart rhythm.

With constant use of fiber protects the cardiovascular system, reducing blood levels of cholesterol. Also, the risk of all kinds of diseases is reduced due to the participation in the metabolic processes of vitamins and minerals. Useful properties of oats are inherent not only to its grains, but also to green grass. Infusion of this herb has a diuretic, diaphoretic and antipyretic effect. Who should eat oats?

Children, as well as their parents, young people and the elderly, everyone should use oats. It can be insisted, brewed, boiled. With the exception of individual intolerance, there are practically no contraindications.

That the useful properties of oats are preserved as much as possible, it should be insisted or brewed, not cooked. Therefore, you need to know how to properly brew oats in order to get the most benefit.

Decoction for stabilization of metabolism

  • Rinse well a glass of oatmeal.
  • The washed raw material is poured with a liter of distillate.
  • We insist for eight to ten hours.
  • Slowly bring to a boil.
  • Cover the lid, cook for about 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the plate, wrap a warm blanket and insist about 12 hours.
  • Filter and add water distilled so that the total mixture came out one liter.

The resulting broth for a month is applied for one hundred grams for 25 - 30 minutes. Before meals.

With diathesis

  • Grind the oats with a coffee grinder.
  • Two st. Spoon the resulting flour with 0.5 liters of boiling water.
  • Insists for three hours.

Way of consumption: 150 ml four times a day.

With a cold

  • We put a saucepan on 2/3 volume with oats.
  • We add milk and put in the oven (not hot).
