In this recipe, in addition to the main products, we will also need a special baking package. Meat (500-700 grams) I recommend pre-marinating. We do it this way: put the ribs in a deep cup and sprinkle with seasonings, which come complete with a baking package. Add 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and ketchup. Well we knead the meat with our hands and put it on the refrigerator for a couple of hours. If you leave the marinaded ribs for the whole night, then you will get a very delicate dish. After that, we will have to polish and cut 1 kilogram of potatoes, mix it with salt, pepper and crumbled garlic (5 teeth). In a package we put in ingredients. We send it to the oven for 70-90 minutes. The cooking temperature is 220 degrees.

Meat with vegetables, baked in the oven

In this case, we will bake pork ribs in the oven with potatoes on a baking sheet. Also add carrots and onions. We will need this list of products:

  • Ribs of pork - 0,5 kg;
  • Potatoes - 8 pieces;
  • Carrots - 2 pieces;
  • Onion - 1-2 pieces;
  • Garlic - 5 denticles;

To prepare pork ribs in a sour cream sauce in an oven with potatoes, we will have to tinker a bit. But only a little! Take a deep frying pan, pour in oil for frying and lay down 700 grams of ribs and a couple of chopped bulbs. After 2-3 minutes, fill the meat with water (1 glass), mixed with a spoonful of ketchup. Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. At this time, cut into circles 1 carrot. Take a kilogram of potatoes and cut each tuber into 4 parts. We prepare sour cream sauce: mix 150 ml of sour cream, 150 ml of mayonnaise, pepper and salt in a bowl. Form for baking oil and spread layers:

  • potato;
  • Sauce (0.5 part);
  • Pork ribs with onions;
  • carrot;
  • Remaining sauce.

We send meat and vegetables to the oven for 35-40 minutes.

Ribs in a sweet sauce

Continuing the theme of sauces, I propose to bake ribs in a sweet dressing. First, let's boil the meat (about 1.5 kg). We spread the ribs into a saucepan, fill it with water, throw some peppercorns, laurel leaves and salt. We put on average fire and cook for 75-90 minutes. Finished ribs lay out on a plate and leave to cool. At this time, turn on the oven for 200 degrees and prepare a sweet sauce. Mix in a cup 80-100 ml of honey and as much mustard. Slightly season with pepper. We process the meat with grease and put it on the "oiled" sheet for baking. We bake 20 minutes of pork ribs in the oven. With potatoes this dish will be perfectly combined, therefore, while meat is being cooked, I advise you to cook mashed potatoes.
