Stuffed potatoes

Potatoes are a frequent guest in every home and hardly the most popular vegetable in Russia. It is put in various soups and borscht, salads and sauces, and certainly it is potatoes - the most common side dish. But sometimes I want to bring in an everyday diet some unusual dish from potatoes, for example, bake it in the oven and stuff it with something delicious.

Stuffed potatoes with mushrooms

10 potatoes must be cleaned and cut into 2 parts, each of which to choose a core, thus making boats. A couple of pieces of sweet pepper and one onion to cut and scroll through the meat grinder along with the core of the potato, add salt. Fry. 200 g champignons cut and fry too. Then mix everything, add the sour cream and mix with the stuffed potato boats.

Bake them on a greased baking sheet and covered with foil for at least 40 minutes. Minutes for 5 to readiness you need to sprinkle potatoes with shabby cheese and wait until it melts.

Stuffed potatoes with cheese

We bake 4 potatoes in the oven to make a dense crust. Then cut off the tops of the potato and carefully select the inside. It will be soft mashed potatoes, in which you need to add a little salt and pepper and 100 finely grated cheese. The resulting mixture is filled with potatoes and sprinkled with cheese. 20 minutes bake in the oven, and then decorate the chopped greens and have dinner!

Stuffed potatoes with meat and mushrooms

200 g of champignons and one onion to cut and fry. 400 g of ground beef mixed with egg, black pepper, chopped parsley and salt. Then add fried mushrooms and onions to the stuffing. 10 medium-sized potatoes must be cleaned and boiled for 15 minutes in salted water (it should be boiled to half-cooked), cut off the top, select the core with a fork and fill the emptiness formed with emptiness. Top with an mayonnaise and bake in the oven.

Potatoes stuffed with smoked fish

8 The potatoes must be boiled in a "uniform" until half-ready, then cleaned, cut off the tops and select the core. Mashed potatoes should be scrolled in a meat grinder with 0.5 kg of hot smoked fish (do not forget to remove the bones), then drive into the stuffing 1 egg. Mix everything and lightly beat. These stuffing need to fill the potatoes, pour over the sour cream and bake in the oven.

Potato stuffed with mushrooms and herring

This is a very unusual stuffed potato in the oven, because it combines mushrooms and herring. Three potatoes cook and scroll through the meat grinder. 100 g champignons cut and together with one onion fry. 150 g of soaked herring, cut into small pieces and mix everything. Add 1 raw egg and those condiments that you like.

12 Peel potatoes from the peel, cut off the tops and a little bit - the bottom part, so that you can put. Then carefully select the inside, and put the stuffing instead. Cover the top with cut tops. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet, pour it with 2 tablespoons of sour cream, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and on top place slices of butter (only 1 large spoonful). Cooking time - 40 min.

Stuffed potatoes with brynza and cottage cheese

8 pieces of potatoes cleaned, cut into 2 parts, each of which to remove the bottom, so it was convenient to put, and the core, instead of which we will put minced meat. Mix 200 g cottage cheese and 4 tbsp. Crushed brynza with 2 eggs, half a spoonful of flour and salt. With this mixture, fill the potatoes and put it in a saucepan with pre-heated butter cream. Put on the fire and, gradually adding broth or water, put out.

Potato stuffed with shrimps

Brush 250 grams of shrimp and separate the cervix, and boil them in salt water. 250 grams of small mushrooms cut and fry. 8 peel potatoes, bake in the oven, and when a little cool, through the severed tops take out the core. Shrimp and mushrooms mix with 200 g of Dutch sauce and fill this mixture with potatoes. Bake in the oven until ruddy. The sauce is prepared as follows: the egg yolks must be poured into the cauldron, add a little water and butter to them and boil until a uniform consistency is obtained. Then pour the lemon juice and strain the sauce.
