In salads with some kinds of fish, too, is a black radish. Recipes are advised to use mainly pollock fillets. Wash 700 g fillets, pat it with a napkin and cut into strips, sprinkle a little with vinegar, add two spoons of sugar, a couple of spoons of soy sauce, add salt and gently mix. Put marinade for four hours under a tightly closed lid. Two radishes and bulbs, six carrots cleaned and finely chopped straws, add salt, add sugar and hand wrinkle until the juice is allocated. Vegetables fill with two tablespoons of soy sauce and also leave to marinate for a couple of hours. After that, combine vegetables and fish. Put on them crushed garlic (four to six lobules), half a teaspoon of ground coriander, ground pepper to taste (both red and black). Strongly heat a pan of lean oil in a frying pan, pour it on a salad and mix well. Minute three salads should stand under the closed lid. Then it must be mixed again and fed to the table.

A salad of radish with cottage cheese is a nutritious and unusual. Rub 200 grams of radish, salt it and mix with the same amount of fermented cottage cheese, which is pre-ground with four spoons of sour cream. Then add a couple of spoons of crushed nut kernels and fill with sugar. People who keep posts are often helped out by a black radish, recipes with which are very diverse. They can prepare, for example, a useful radish salad with walnuts. One radish and a couple of carrots are very large. Nuts of twelve nuts and four garlic cloves are jostled. Everyone mixes up.
