The gods turned beauty into an amazing kelp - algae, which absorbed into their "body" the whole gift of the gods.

That is why these algae, which we are accustomed to calling seaweed, enjoy incredible popularity all over the world - everyone wants to get with their help health, strength and stamina. The recipe for salad from sea kale originated many centuries ago, but since then many things have changed in it, because every culinary specialist brought something new into it, changing and supplementing the taste of the finished kelp, softening it.

And this, it should be noted, is sometimes necessary, because the tastes of sea cabbage are rather unusual and a little bit harsh. To avoid this, it is necessary to preserve or kill the kelp. In the first case, the dish is perfect for making sushi or a classic salad, as well as soup. Marinated algae - a universal product, dishes from it can be served to the table filled with ordinary vegetable oil, with onions and garlic. Also in lemon juice should be marinated for a quarter of an hour of onion rings with sugar and salt. At the end of this time, you can collect salad - lay cabbage, onion, grated carrots and finely chopped apple in a salad bowl, then fill the dish with a small amount of vegetable oil and lemon juice, salt, if desired - sprinkle with black pepper.

Another recipe for salad from sea cabbage makes it possible to cook a very spicy dish, which, undoubtedly, will be enjoyed by true gourmets. It requires dried seaweed kelp (50 g.), Onions and carrots (2 pcs.), Garlic (4 teeth) and vegetable oil (60 ml.). First of all, put dry sea cabbage in a saucepan, pour cold water and bring to a boil. After 40 minutes, the algae can be discarded in a colander, washed and cut into small strips, then transferred to a salad bowl. Then there are carrots and onion, cut into "straw", previously slightly fried in vegetable oil. It should be watched that the onion in the process does not blush, but becomes transparent. The same is true for carrots - it should be well cooked. After that, the recipe for salad from sea kale assumes the mixing of all the ingredients, refueling them with squeezed garlic and thorough mixing.

Very tasty and such an original dish, like sea kale with crab sticks and mushrooms. For him, you need to take algae (250 grams), mushrooms champignons (350 grams), carrots and onions (1 piece each), crab sticks (50 grams). If desired, you can fill this salad with vegetable oil or mayonnaise. All the ingredients, except cabbage, should be finely chopped, some carrots, for example, grate. Cut cabbage in thin strips, getting rid of water, after which everything is mixed in a beautiful salad bowl, seasoned to taste and, cooled down, served to the table.
