7. To perform this exercise, you must stand in the span of the door, raise your hands higher and put them on the doorpost. The legs are at the shoulder width. In this position, the body must be rotated left and right, stretching during the process. The legs and head should not move. Exercises repeat standing on their toes, raising their hands even higher.
