Salmon in a royal way - an exquisite recipe for a true gourmet

For the first time I could taste salmon royally in one of the popular Nizhny Novgorod restaurants. In the menu were the ingredients of the dish: salmon, red caviar, lemon, olives. His taste impressed me so much that when I reached the house, I rushed to the computer in order to find the salmon recipe in a royal way. I admit, the result surprised me, because there were a lot of dishes with this name. However, this can be understood. The phrase "kingly" sounds tempting. Call it at least a cutlet - you still want to try it. I was more intrigued by the fact that not only the second dishes, but also salads, cold snacks were found with the name "salmon royally" . I tried several recipes, replacing some ingredients.

Salmon in a royal way with shrimps and cheese

In the recipe, it was suggested to take two salmon fillets weighing about 1.5 kg, 300 g of royal shrimp, 250 g of creamy California cream cheese or similar, leeks, 2 limes, watercress, extragone, olive oil, Pepper ground, sea salt.

Royal shrimps replaced for cocktail, lime for a common lemon (by the way, it is the fish that is served). With the role of soft cheese, the "Hochland" melted perfectly in the tray (just 250 g). The onion leek can also be easily replaced with a common onion, the taste of the dish will not spoil it at all. Instead of extragone, thyme was used. It is known that the taste of fish shades better.

The cooking took me an hour and a half, if you do not take into account the time for defrosting.

To begin with, we wash the shrimp and boil for about 2 - 3 minutes, if necessary, clean it from the shell.

Wash the fillet and let it dry. Excess moisture in our business is useless.

Cress - lettuce and thyme finely chop, shinkuem bow. Cheese is placed in the microwave for 30 - 40 seconds, in order for it to become softer. Add to it greens, onions, shrimps. Then, salt and gently stir the cheese mass. We spread one fillet on a baking sheet, previously pasted with baking paper, carefully covered with other fillets and pull the halves together with twine.

Bake begins at 180 degrees, after 20 minutes we reduce the heat and bring the dish to readiness. This will take about half an hour. After our fish is properly browned, turn off the oven, open it slightly and allow the dish to stand for another fifteen minutes. Before serving, do not forget to remove the fastening ropes and decorate the salmon with lemon slices and greens.

The salmon is kingly. Salad Recipe

The components of this salad are somewhat similar to the previous dish, which is why they were given identical names. However, it's not a sound name, but a refined taste. Try it yourself, I think, too, you will agree that such a salad is quite king table deserves.

Of the products we will need fruit avocado, packing salmon salted, shrimp boiled, peeled 500 grams, a spoonful of red caviar and mayonnaise for refueling.
Avocado and salmon cut into small cubes, mixed with shrimps and caviar, season with mayonnaise. You do not need to add salt, it's enough here, and a little pepper and lemon juice will not hurt.

Salmon in a royal way

In search of a recipe for "salmon in a royal way" accidentally stumbled upon a description of this dish and decided to cook it, the good was the fish in the refrigerator. The truth is not salmon, but salmon, but with such ingredients as mushrooms and olives, even pollock will turn out very tasty.

To cook our royal dish, you will need steaks from salmon (salmon), in the calculation of 1 piece per serving. Tomatoes with a solid peel, medium size, a couple of pieces will be enough. Olives or olives without seeds, it is possible with a stuffing from lemon, capers. Champignons - a package weighing 250 grams. You will also need the onion (which one to choose, which is the point of taste), hard cheese (a piece of 200 g) and mayonnaise.

Hat mushrooms cut into small slices, shinkuem onions and fry all together in a pan for about five to seven minutes.

We cook steaks: wash, dry, pepper, salt. We put it on a baking sheet, previously oiled. We lay mushrooms and onions on top of steaks. We rub cheese, mix with mayonnaise, place on top of mushrooms. We cut tomatoes and olives with rings, put the top layer on the steak and send all this splendor into the oven for an hour and a half. Serve with a green salad and lemon slices.

If you want the dish to be more nutritious, you can safely make the first layer of potatoes, the taste of fish it does not hurt at all.
