However, few realize that these trace elements and vitamins greatly improve the work of the human brain.

That's why nutritionists recommend eating fish, and in particular salmon, at least twice a week.

There are a lot of recipes for preparing this healthy product: you can prepare a salmon steak in an oven, in an aerogrill or in a frying pan. And every time the taste of salmon will be completely different, unique, although the basis in all these dishes will be the same fish: salmon, or, as it is called in another way - Atlantic salmon.

Steak from salmon, fried in a frying pan, is cooked quite easily and quickly. This produces a very juicy and delicate dish, in the recipe of which only salmon and salt are used, preferably sea. The excellent taste of fish is not interrupted either by the taste of the oil, or by any spices: it should be simply salted and fried both sides in a well-heated frying pan. And do not worry at all that the fish will not stick to the frying pan: it is fat enough.

Serve the fish on the table, you can pour it with lemon and decorate it with finely chopped parsley. The salmon steak is good with any side dish, be it broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes, etc.

Another, more festive recipe offers to cook this fish, pre-laying on top with apples and flesh of shrimp. Then pour the sour cream sauce and sprinkle cheese gouda. Steaks need to be baked in the oven until golden crusty. The garnish can be a potato basket filled with stewed vegetables.

The salmon steak in the oven can be prepared as with a special list of spices, which are used for fish dishes, and with black pepper, without adding any spices. First you need to marinate the fillet with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Then put the steak on the baking tray, put the onions, sliced onions, worn cheese, preferably parmesan, and bake in the oven for a short time, about 15 minutes. A few minutes before the preparation sprinkle finely chopped greens. Garnish can serve as mashed potatoes or rice.

Another recipe for cooking this delicious fish in the oven involves the use of envelopes made of foil, in which the salmon is laid and baked in this form. If you do not open the envelopes until the end of cooking, the steak will turn out juicy and tender, and if you cut the top of the foil in 10 minutes or more, a crispy brown crust is formed on the fish, especially if you rub a little cheese on the fish.

The salmon steak in the aerogrill is a holiday of taste and a bunch of saved time. And this wonderful apparatus also sows grease from salmon, making steaks low-calorie and almost free of cholesterol. For cooking, you need to marinate the fish with a spicy sauce made from lemon juice, olive oil, finely chopped cilantro and parsley, nutmeg, sea salt and black pepper.

During frying on a grate, you should often water the fish with lemon juice.

If the salmon steak is cooked on the grill, then the use of closed grids will be optimal.

Steak from salmon should have a three-centimeter thickness from the calculation: for each eater - one piece. However, if the pieces are large, then they can be divided in half, although from this the fish will not be so beautiful. Therefore, it is better to choose the average size.

For each kilogram of salmon, one whole lemon is used, and as a seasoning, cooks are recommended to use oregano, rosemary and basil, in a word, a set of "Italian herbs."
