Recipe: squash cake with tomatoes
On the beds of your garden are hiding many different local pot-bellies, which can quickly be turned into a very tasty lunch or dinner, besides dietary and very healthy. Consider a fairly simple recipe: a squash cake with tomatoes.
We prepare the cake from zucchini with tomatoes as follows. We rub on a large grater zucchini, remove excess liquid by light push-up, add flour, eggs, pepper and salt. Stir, should get a dough usual, as for pancakes.
