I always liked to cook, but not always I did it well. My very first baking in life was pies with potatoes. Despite the fact that they were my first pies, they turned out to be extremely tasty, although the recipe was no different from the rest. I was probably 14 then, and this taste of pies still reminds me of my childhood. So I decided to share a recipe with you.

So, for the test, we need 900 grams of wheat flour, 20 grams of any yeast, 50 grams of butter (you can substitute cream margarine, if suddenly there was no oil in the refrigerator), 300 ml of warm water, salt to taste. In warm water we dissolve yeast, salt, oil. Mix everything and begin to introduce flour in small portions. Here you can prepare the dough in two ways: on the dowry and without the sparks. If we spend part of the flour, leave the dough to sour for an hour, then introduce the rest, knead the dough and let it go up, then we get a dough. I prefer the option without the opaire, that is, we will introduce all the flour at once, knead the dough and wait for its readiness. This will be much faster, and the test will not have a sour taste. Especially want to quickly try pies with potatoes.

While the dough is ripe, prepare the potato stuffing. We need 1 kg of fresh potatoes, two large onions, a bunch of fresh dill, salt and vegetable oil. My potato, cut into pieces and set to cook. Onion finely shinkuem, fry in oil until golden hue. When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and cook the mashed potatoes. In it we add fried luchok, chopped dill, salt and mix everything thoroughly. The filling is ready, let it cool down.

While we are busy with the filling, the dough is already ready. It should go up two or even three times, it all depends on yeast activity. Divide the dough into small portions of about 40 grams each. Roll out the rolling pin into the layer, in the middle we spread the potato stuffing, the edges are beautifully baked and baked. By the way, such patties with potatoes can also be fried. It's a matter of taste, someone more like baked, and someone fried. I prefer baked ones, because after them there is no gravity in the stomach. Well, pies with potatoes are ready, you can treat your relatives and friends.

Over time, I learned to bake pies with more complex recipes. They, of course, are more delicious, but also time for their preparation leaves more. For example, pies with potatoes and mushrooms. To prepare the dough, we need: 600 grams of flour sifted, almost a whole bunch of creamy butter, a glass of milk, 3 eggs, a bag of dry yeast, salt. Milk is heated to room temperature, rub it into the oil through a large grater, dissolve in this mixture of yeast and salt. Eggs beat up and poured into milk. We mix everything thoroughly and begin to introduce flour. Get an elastic dough. We remove it for an hour in a warm place to fit. In the meantime, let's deal with the filling.

For the filling we need 300 grams of white mushrooms (champignons), 5-6 medium-sized potatoes, vegetable oil, salt and pepper if desired. We cook mashed potatoes from a potato, and while it is brewed, we will mushroom. Mine them, finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until half-prepared. When the potatoes are cooked, cook the mashed potatoes, salt, pepper and spread the mushrooms, mix. The filling is ready.

Next, the finished dough is divided into portions, roll out or hands form a layer, put the filling in the center, we patch the edges and send it to the oven for half an hour. By the way, before baking pies can be coated with a beaten egg, so they will be roasted and appetizing. Some smear with butter, it also gives the pies a crusty crust.
