Boil 400 g of navaga, cut into small pieces. Cut 150 grams of fresh cucumbers, as much salted, mix with fish and season with 100 g of mayonnaise. If desired, you can add dill or parsley.

The recipe for cooking navaga with aubergines is laborious enough, however, the dish is worth it: it turns out very tasty and refined.

On the greased baking sheet we lay out the navaga, filled with seasoning, from above we put onions cut by rings and close with foil. Foil should be pierced with a fork and put the baking sheet in a preheated oven.

Buy 800 g fillet of Navaga, rinse, cut into pieces and season with pepper and salt. Each slice should be dipped in wheat flour (approximately 2 spoons are needed), beaten egg (1 pc.) And in breadcrumbs (about half a cup). Then fry until golden brown. Before serving, it is necessary to drain the fat (or oil) and season with lemon juice.

Navaga: recipe with apple sauce

The pile of fillet of Navaga must be cut into cubes, seasoned with lemon juice, put into a glass pan and covered with a lid, keep on the fire for about 5 minutes. 2 onions cut and mixed with 1 pc. Chopped Bulgarian pepper, chopped mugs with two tomatoes and a dozen sliced olives without pits. All this, too, put in a saucepan and hold for 5 minutes on fire. Then to vegetables, you need to add a little paprika, greens and salt, pour half a cup of white wine (preferably table) and the same amount of apple juice.

1 liter of sunflower oil should be grinded with the same amount of flour and a pinch of salt and mixed with vegetables. At full power, hold the fire for a couple of minutes. This sauce you need to pour the fish and also warm it up for a minute or two.
