Mushrooms should be well browned and slightly reduced in size. Potatoes fry on fire slightly above average. After 7-8 minutes, flip it with a spatula. The lid is not closed. Between the business stir mushrooms, so as not to burn. After 5-7 minutes potatoes are again in the way. Mushrooms by this time can be poured with sour cream and put out until absorbed. In potatoes put a piece (gram for 50) of butter, cover with a lid, reduce the fire a little. As soon as the oil has melted, salt the potatoes, mix and again cover with a lid.
