Lavash roll with crab sticks

In recent years, modern housewives, who value their time and do not want to stand for a long time at the stove, but still want to pamper their relatives and guests with delicious dishes, there was an excellent opportunity to do this. They will be rescued by a thin bread cake made from flour, water and salt, in other words - Armenian lavash. With its help, you can quickly prepare original and easy-to-prepare dishes.

You can take such preparations with you on the road, on a picnic and do not be afraid to get your hands dirty. Yes, and on a festive table a plate with chopped lavash roll is not ashamed to put. It will be very good if you make different fillings in rolls for every taste.

The easiest to prepare can be considered rolls of pita bread with crab sticks. On the Internet, you can meet a large number of recipes in this regard. But still the basic components remain the same:

- thin lavash (usually 3 leaves),

- a packet of mayonnaise. As a rule, in a roll with crab sticks add less mayonnaise than the whole package.

- packing of crab sticks. Alternatively, you can take crab meat, preferably chilled. We recommend chopping crab sticks on a grater to get a gentle taste of a roll.

The remaining set of products can be as follows:

- boiled eggs. It will take 3 or 4 pieces.

- greens (parsley and dill) for 1 bunch. You can replace the leaves with lettuce, it's also very tasty. Can be replaced with thin slices of fresh cucumber. Any greenery is appropriate here.

- garlic. One or two prongs should be crushed with a press.

- fried carrots and onions. Add to make the roll more satisfying.

- salt and black ground pepper.

A few words about cheese: in the case when the processed cheese is taken, it is necessary to choose the product with the highest percentage of fat content, this will allow it to be easily spread on pita bread. If the cheese is hard, you need to grate it on a fine grater. If you are preparing a lavash roll with crab sticks in advance, it is better to choose hard cheese, otherwise the roll will become dull.

It remains only to collect our roll of lavash with crab sticks.

If you intend to get a lavash roll with a lot of ingredients, it will be better if you do the following: take the first sheet of lavash, put it wide side to yourself. Next, apply a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Now it is necessary to decompose a few layers of the ingredients. For example, sprinkle the pita with rubbed crab sticks, egg. Salt and pepper. Again, apply a thin mesh of mayonnaise and roll tightly with rolls.

Take the second sheet of pita bread, apply a thin layer of mayonnaise and spread cheese and greens. Add the chopped garlic. On the edge of this spread pita, put our first roll and tightly wrap them together. Do not be zealous with a lot of mayonnaise. This will only worsen the taste of the dish. If the ingredients are few, you can turn everything into one layer of pita bread. In the case when roast lavash with crab sticks include roasted onions and carrots, mayonnaise should be used in small amounts.

Make the edges of the roll exactly equal, neatly cutting off the excess with a knife. Wrap pita bread with crab sticks in a food film and leave for a couple - three hours to soak.

Before serving, release the dish from the food film and cut transversely into slices about two centimeters thick. Spread the resulting kruglyashi on a dish and decorate with greens.

Many people serve a pile of lavash with crab sticks in a cold form, but you can also place the dish in the microwave for about 50 seconds.

If it turned out that the lavash you bought is not as fresh as you would like, and the sheets have become stubborn and stale, put it in the microwave for about a third of a minute and then boldly start to prepare the roll.
